What this does

One page with every code an ordinary user can dial from a desk phone on Bluehubcloud PBX, and what it does. Print it, stick it by the phone. Each code has its own article with the full steps.

What you’ll need

  • A desk phone registered to your extension, set up by us (see Connect your new Bluehubcloud handset).
  • These are the standard codes. If one doesn’t respond, that feature may not be enabled for your extension, or your phone system may use a different code — contact us and we’ll confirm it.

What you should see

Most codes play a short confirmation tone or message, then either connect the call or hang up. During-a-call codes take effect silently — the other person hears nothing change.

Troubleshooting

  • A code does nothing. That feature may not be enabled on your extension, or your phone system may use a different code. Contact us and we’ll confirm your codes.
  • I dialled a code by mistake and something changed. Diverts (*72), Do Not Disturb (*79), Follow Me (*521) and hidden caller ID (*68) all have an “off” code above.
