Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of the bluehubcloud.com.au website, which is operated by Bluehub Unified Communications Pty Ltd (ABN 99 650 651 335). By using the site you agree to them. If you buy our services, a separate agreement applies — see section 2.
1. What this site is for
The site describes the Bluehubcloud platform and our services, lets you contact us, book a demo, request a quote, read our guides and articles, and download brochures. You may use it for those purposes and for your own business’s evaluation of our services.
2. Our services are governed by a separate agreement
Nothing on this site is an offer to supply services. When you buy from us, the terms are set out in our Master Services Agreement and the Service Order you sign, including the rate card, support and service levels, and acceptable use policy. Those documents take precedence over anything on this site. Our services are supplied to businesses, not to consumers for personal use.
3. Pricing and information on the site
Prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. They are a guide to help you plan. The price you pay is the price in your Service Order, which depends on your numbers, users, add-ons and setup. Published pricing is subject to a minimum of 3 users and a 12-month minimum term unless your Service Order says otherwise. A trial is available after an initial video call, on the terms we agree with you at the time.
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but features, inclusions, pricing and availability change. We may update the site at any time without notice. Where a page says a figure is “from” a price, or “indicative”, it means exactly that.
4. Your account and conduct
Some parts of the site, and the customer and booking portals it links to, need you to log in. Keep your login details secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what is done with your login.
You must not use the site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it in bulk, to send spam, or to pass yourself off as someone else. We may suspend or block access to anyone who does.
5. Our content
The text, images, guides, brochures, logos and software on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may view, print and download material for your own business’s use in evaluating or using our services. You may not copy it for any other purpose, republish it, remove any notices from it, or use our name or logos without our written permission. Bluehubcloud, Business Insights and our other product names are our brands.
Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in the platform or its software. Those are covered by your Service Order and the Master Services Agreement.
6. Guides, articles and AI-generated content
Our knowledge base, blog and any AI-generated summaries or answers are general information about our platform and about business communications. They are not advice for your particular situation, and we do not promise they are complete or error-free. Check anything that matters to your business with us before relying on it.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, including our booking and customer portals and third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information collected through the site is set out in our Privacy Policy at bluehubcloud.com.au/privacy-policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Availability and liability for the site
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be, or that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the information on it. Liability for the services you buy from us is dealt with in the Master Services Agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The current version is always at bluehubcloud.com.au/terms-and-conditions, with the date it was last updated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
