Is there a minimum number of users?
Yes – three extensions.
What is included in the setup?

Can we keep our current phone numbers?
In almost all cases, yes. We manage the port end to end; simple local numbers are free to port and usually move in one to five business days. Keep your old service active until we confirm the port is complete.
Do we need new handsets?
No. Communicator on a laptop, browser or mobile is a full phone. If you want desk phones, 200+ models auto-provision – bring your own after a compatibility check, or buy through us.
Can staff work from home or on the road?
Yes. Each person’s extension follows them on Communicator for desktop, browser and mobile, Follow Me rings the desk and mobile together, and a live call can move between devices.
What does the AI Call Assistant do for a small business?
It answers the calls your team cannot take – overflow, after hours, on the tools – captures the caller’s details, books or routes the call, and writes the notes to your CRM. What happens when we grow?
Nothing to migrate. Add extensions, numbers and sites to the same system as you hire and open new locations – it stays priced per extension. When a team grows to around 15 or more people taking customer calls and needs to see queues live, add Contact Centre Lite: wallboards, ring group dashboards and scheduled reports switched on for your existing PBX at +A$10 per extension per month ex GST.
