What this does
The dashboard is the first screen after you sign in to Business Insights. It shows, at a glance, how much analysis credit you have left, what has been analysed so far, what your callers have been ringing about, and the reports that are ready to read.
What you’ll need
- A Business Insights login. If you don’t have one, contact us and we’ll set it up for you.
Steps
- Sign in to Business Insights. The Dashboard opens first; you can get back to it from the top menu at any time.
- Read the four tiles across the top:
- Credit balance — the analysis credits you have left. One credit covers one minute of analysed call (see How do credits work in Business Insights?).
- Calls analysed — how many of your calls have been through analysis.
- Minutes transcribed — the total call time whose transcripts (made by your Bluehubcloud PBX) have been read into Business Insights.
- Reports ready — how many weekly reports are waiting for you.
- Look at Weekly activity for the current week’s call volume.
- Check What callers wanted — the reasons your callers rang, grouped into categories by the analysis. This is the same category set the weekly report drills into (see How do I read my weekly call report in Business Insights?).
- Open a report from Recent reports — the three most recent weeks are listed by date range, Sunday to Saturday. Older weeks live under Weekly Call Reports in the top menu.
Reprocess week re-runs the analysis for the current week. You won’t normally need it; use it if we’ve asked you to, or if a week’s report looks incomplete after calls have been added late.
What you should see
Tiles with current numbers, a category mix under What callers wanted, and at least one week listed under Recent reports once your first week of calls has been analysed. A brand-new account shows zeros until the first weekly run.
Troubleshooting
- Everything shows zero. Your calls haven’t been analysed yet — the first weekly report is produced after your first full week on the service. If it has been longer than that, contact us.
- Credit balance is low or zero. Analysis pauses when credits run out. Buy credits or set up auto top-up (see How do I buy credits or set up auto top-up in Business Insights?).
- A category under “What callers wanted” looks wrong. Categories are assigned by the analysis from the transcript. Open the call under Calls to read what was said (see How do I find a call in Business Insights?); if it’s consistently mis-categorised, tell us and we’ll tune it.
