Introduction Welcome to Bluehub AI Call Assistant (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Service Description Bluehub AI Call Assistant is a sophisticated AI-driven conversational tool designed to enhance business communication, automate tasks, and provide efficient, personalized customer interactions. Features of the Service include:

Texting, Call Transfer, and Intake Form workflow.
Build your Knowledge Base with text, website links, or uploaded documents.
Advanced CRM integration for seamless operation.
Insights with an advanced analytics dashboard.
Unlimited notifications for calls, workflows, and post-call activities.
Phone Numbers & Call Forwarding: Keep your existing phone number or get a new one.
300 minutes included (approximately 250 calls, $0.35/min after).
Crystal-clear calls with state-of-the-art latency.
Unlimited concurrent trunks.
Over 50 premium voices to choose from.
User Obligations
3.1 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for the Service.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
– Misrepresentation or impersonation.
– Spamming or sending unsolicited communications.
– Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Plan Summary
Minimum monthly charge: $245.00.
Minimum term: 1 month.
Additional calls beyond the included 300: $0.35 per minute.
All prices exclude GST.

Exclusions:
Internet connection.
Additional calls beyond the included 300 per month.
Bluehub Cloud PBX and extension licences.
Dishonour and late payment fees.
Billing Information
Billing occurs on the 1st day of each calendar month.
Pro-rata charges will apply for services initiated during a month.
Number porting fees may apply when transferring numbers from another provider.
Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, design, and content, are owned by Bluehub Unified Communications Pty Ltd or its licensors.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7.3 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the Service is prohibited.
Data Privacy
8.1 Bluehub Unified Communications Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8.2 You agree that Bluehub Unified Communications Pty Ltd may collect, process, and store data related to your use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Bluehub Unified Communications Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9.2 The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Termination
10.1 Bluehub Unified Communications Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service for any breach of these Terms.
10.2 You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by providing written notice to Bluehub Unified Communications Pty Ltd, with one full calendar month’s notice before the termination date.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
Amendments Bluehub Unified Communications Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Dispute Resolution Should you need to file a complaint, initiate the process by contacting Bluehub Unified Communications Pty Ltd via email at accounts@bluehubuc.com.au. If you remain dissatisfied with the complaint resolution, you may contact the Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman (TIO) at 1800 062 058 or through www.tio.com.au.
